"RTA on a Mid July morning"

About: South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

This morning at 07: 38 on Bristol Road Gloucester opposite Nicks Timber I was unfortunately involved in an RTA where my vehicle went into the back of another.

I just wanted to take the time to express my thanks to the paramedics that attended the scene. They were all very professional and a credit to the South Western Ambulance Service. I would appreciate if the thanks could be passed on.

Hi RTA1

Thank you for taking the time to share your story. I hope you are feeling okay after the accident.

It is always really good to hear that our staff are continuing to provide care and assistance to patients when they need it most.

I will ensure that your kind comments are passed onto the clinicians who attended you, and to our management team. I am sure that they will appreciate your comments very much.

Thank you, again

Sara
