"My hospital stay"

About: East Surrey Hospital / General surgery

(as the patient),

My first hospital visit in 50 years and I was nervous about the diagnosis and what the outcome would be after my initial visit. The visit to ENT and biopsy department could not have been any more relaxing due to the manner of the staff and doctors. All was explained what would happen on the day of the operation. Day of the operation, no nervous tension as the staff again made me very relaxed and explained the procedures. Operation carried out and placed in the day surgery ward. Again absolutely brilliant staff who could not do enough for me. Thank you all. I just wish I could thank you all personally
