About: Russells Hall Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was well informed by staff prior to my operation, from the nurses, ward sister, aneasthetists and registrar that was going to do my operation. They each in turn told me what, where why and when was going to happen to me at each stage of my stay in the hospital.

While I considered I might have to be in for some 2-3 days, it went so well that it was a cautionary overnight stay. My confidence in ALL of the staff was and is such that I will have no hesitation in reccomending the hospital and its facilities to any friends who in the future may need surgical or medical attention.
