What could be improved

A and E is a shambles.A relative was taken to A&e as an emergency she waited 3 hours before she saw a doctor she was on a trolley for 2 days in emergency assessment unit she deteriated very quickly and was eventually taken to the hdu. She was in hospital for 6 weeks the care on the words was very good but in a&e you are treated like cattle,some of the staff are ignorant and rude,do they think people go there out of choice.Patients were ion stretchers in the walkways one young girl a former stroke victim was in a chair for 6 hours until her father created a big fuss.Lets face it a&e cannot cope it wants to be a lot bigger with more staff.Personally i would have to be dying before i would go there.I have never heard anyone give it a good name
