The department is badly let down at the initial contact phase, I tried many times to ring to book an appointment as advised to do in the letter, they just never picked the phone up, I decided to leave a message to say no one was picking up and clearly the message can be heard as you say it, the receptionist picked the phone up and said she was really busy doing reception and she was on her own, given that I had tried all afternoon on 2 days perhaps the management team should be looking at capacity and at the very least a message should be left on the answerphone to say when someone will be available to answer the phone, very frustrating and time consuming. Otherwise the department was excellent
