What I liked

i requested to be refered to RHH after having a bad experience at sandwell.my appointment was at the breast clinic,can't be that hard to find just follow the signs.spent the first 20 mins trying it find it.asked 3 members of staff where it was and they didn't have a clue.the 4th person i asked told me it was in the maxillo facial department so i followed the signs.all the staff were really nice and the hospital seemed very clean.

What could be improved

would it hurt to put up a sign saying breast clinic.this was my first time at RHH and it's a bit daunting when you haven't a clue where your going.
