After a day filled with ineptness and unhelpful 'assistance' from 111, my GP and other local services, the A&E dept here was the only place where I felt treated like a human being instead of some form of inconvenient cattle. Two receptionists, two nurses, a (presumably) junior doctor and a consultant that helped while I was there were all fantastic. Thank you.
