"Missing notes and failure to book urgently..."

About: Royal Preston Hospital

Anything else?

My mother has been found to have "extensive shadows" all over her lungs. The Consultant said she must had a biopsy and that would take place "within two weeks". Four weeks later that appointment has never arrived because his secretary says that there are no notes what so ever that relate to that appointment or the biopsy. So we are waiting, the Consultant has not even got back to his secretary and three days later my pensioner mother is chasing around for answers. I have wrote to the CEO of the trust ( whom appears to not give a damn) and to our MP.....A disgraceful and third rate operation.
