About: Bristol Royal Infirmary / Cardiology South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust

(as the patient),

On the 2nd week in July I had a heart attack. It happened in cheddar and I was taken to the BRI. While I was in the ambulance my heart stopped and im only alive today because of the treatment I received. I dont no the name of the person who saved me but would like to thank him. Is it possible to track down the man as without his skill and training my 2 kids would not have a dad. I owe this man so much
