(as a relative),

Three pieces of equipment were agreed but when the fitter arrived to deliver/fit one had not been ordered. Fitter contacted OT got the order amended and fitted it without requiring a further delay. My mother is now able to shower safely.

Apologies that the order needed to be amended, but I am pleased to hear that this problem was easily overcome and that the equipment provided has made a difference and allowed your mother to shower safely. Thank you for taking the time to give us this feedback on Patient Opinion.
