What I liked

If I have to write something positive its the hospital is modern and looks welcoming. On the whole it appears clean

What could be improved

Clear instructions for patients when awaiting ops ie waiting times for your bed

A usable waiting area when waiting for beds - not just a corner of a functioning ward

Suitable facilities for changing from outdoor clothes into hospital gowns that arent the public toilets or administration offices

Student nurses to be given supervision so they do not make obvious mistakes

An area to go through theatre check lists that isnt in the waiting area in full hearing of strangers - confidentiality clause

A correct complaints procedure and not being 'fobbed' off by a follow up phone call

Staff to perhaps glance at incoming patients notes to check if there are any special needs for that patient
