(as the patient),

I have experienced good care and attention at all times and all the staff have been extremely sensitive to my needs.

The food in general has been good, with a nice selection.

Thank you for taking the time to post your positive comments following your stay on Orrell Ward at Royal Albert Edward Infirmary. I will ensure that the Director of Performance and Head of Nursing for Surgery are made aware of this so they can pass this on to the staff on the ward. I was pleased to note that the food was to your satisfaction and will make the Facilities Manager for catering aware of this.
