About: Inclusion Matters Liverpool

(as the patient),

I have had many councilling sessions over the years, none of the come close to the results gained from Inclusion Matters.

Working through the self esteem modules has given me a new lease of life. Having the tools and techniques that Inclusion Matters gives you are very helpful and really work in the recovery process.

I would recommend them to anyone who has long term anxiety and depression issues.

The therapy is challenging and repetitive, but stick with it and it becomes a part of your daily routine. Before you know it you do not realise you are using the tools and techniques on a daily basis.

Now I feel I can use all I have learned with Inclusion Matters at any difficult situation that arises, and can use it not just for now but in the future.
