I was experiencing feelings of isolation and worthlessness, due to the malicious nature of my divorce.
I eventually decided that I needed to talk to someone. My GP recommended me to Inclusion Matters. I was very skeptical and anxious about the counseling process.
After the first session, I just wanted to carry on talking. I literally could've been there all day. My counselor dealt with professionally and engagingly.
Other summarising in a way I couldn't communicate due to the emotions I was feeling. I learned a lot about why the things have happened to me, and whilst I was blaming myself, it wasn't all down to me.
This helped me immensely. Making me believe in myself, have strength and feel human again.
