"Taught me to count my blessings"

About: Inclusion Matters Sefton

(as the patient),

I walked into the doctors surgery rather afraid, wondering who I was going to meet.

Nothing to worry about. I met Ben and he put me at ease at once. I can't praise him too highly. He was kind, pleasant and so easy to talk to.

I was sorry when the six weeks were up. I enjoyed it and got a lot of help and support from Ben.

He has made me more positive and taught me to count my blessing and hopefully this will last.

Thank you for the help.

Dear Gene743,

Thank you for your feedback it's very much appreciated.

I hope your story encourages others to seek help who may, like you were, be feeling afraid and uncertain about what to expect.

I'll make sure your feedback is passed on to our staff team esp. Ben.

All the best for the future,

Elizabeth Lovell
