About: Solihull Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was seen as an outpatient in the rapid access dermatology clinic within two weeks of referral and at a time convenient to me. Although the clinic appeared busy I was seen on time. All the staff were extremely polite and helpful.Treatment was given on the same day so I was pleased to have to only vist once rather than making multiple trips to the hospital.

What could be improved

the department is tucked away at the back of the estate. Better signage would be useful
