Over 2 years my husband has had 7bouts of pneumonia ,every time AandE CDU and various wards have been nothing but excellent.The staff even though very busy made time to feed him ,clean him most of all gave him back his life.special thanks to ward 7b

It was good to read your feedback; thank you very much for taking the time to post it. Whilst every individual experience is important to us we can see a different picture when we hear from patients and family who have used our services more frequently - the consistency of quality care is an important indicator - so hearing that across 7 visits to Pilgrim Hospital your husband has been so well cared for is excellent. I hope your husband is well currently and in the nicest possible way doesn't need to visit us again for quite some time! I have passed your story onto the teams and especially to Ward 7B. Thank you again.
