I attended an appointment in General Surgery Outpatients and was very pleased with my experience. Having worked in a hospital environment for over 20 years I do not like being 'on the other side of the desk' I was nervous and worried about my appointment but was put at ease by all the members of staff I met. I was seen relatively quickly and was pleased with the outcome. A big thank you to all concerned.
