What I liked

I recently attended a rapid access appointment in the Opthalmology Department. All staff were very helpful, knowledgable and professional. I was assisted from point of arrival by the clerk, had an efficient sight test by the HCA, (that I wondered if the RGN could have performed, when I was called in to have drops done) and a very thorough examination by the Dr. Everything was fully explained prior to and during the appointment. The waiting area was clean, open and resourced. My whole visit was less than an hour thank you!

What could be improved

My initial booking letter only had the email address and the Fax No. There was no contact telephone number for switch board/extension to the department.
