Cancelled appointments, refused referrals, HCA's not able to take blood samples. Months of delays handling enquiries from GP's and other Hospitals. They do nothing whatsoever to alleviate patient worries, dismissing and belittling patients conditions as insignificant, that are extremely serious, worrying and genuinely life threatening to the patient.
