Following years of pain on my ankle (after breaking it many years ago) I underwent an ankle implant. I was involved in the decision making throughout, and received excellent care and follow up from the hospital teams. Any concerns and issues were taken and follwed up thoroughly, and even up to today, I am still able to contact the hospital with any concerns I may have. It was a major operation, and I was only number 5 in the country to have received this process. The Consultant is a very considerate gentleman, with my well being the focus at all times. I would recommend this hospital to anyone, I have always been seen at the correct appointment time too.
