Excellent service and treatment. My first contact with the centre was by phone to rearrange an appointment and I spoke to a very helpful and friendly member of staff, sadly I didn't catch her name. I got a cancellation for the following day. I arrived early and was booked in at the reception by a very competent and friendly member of staff. The radiographer who met me about 5 minutes later explained everything calmly and clearly and the scan wasn't at all scary or claustrophobic and over in 10 minutes. In fact I was out by the time that my appointment had been made. I can highly recommend this treatment centre and think the staff and the NHS should be commended and thanked for its service here.
