What could be improved
The appointment timings are never kept up. My child (10 days old) was recommended to be seen by a doctor in the hospital. we went there at 11:30 AM and were waiting in the waiting room, when they attended us finally at 3:45 PM.
If you thought this was an one off incident, we were called for a followup review after 2 days at 12:15 PM. Since this was given by the doctor, believed that the appointment will be over in an hour or so.... But, Waiting, waiting, waiting, the doctor did not arrive until 4:00 PM....
Atleast they should be considerate of the small 2 week old child and not make it wait for over 4 hours!
