I have now been waiting one year and 6 months to have mucus removed from the large bowel. Imagine not defaecating for 18 months!!! the pain and discomfort that this causes constantly in discomfort with the urge to poo! In July I was told that the procedure would be done next month july 2013 on the urgent list. (Cancelled in April) I have heard nothing. Please define urgent list? I was supposed to have been on a waiting list since January 2012 only to find out 14 months later that I wasn't on any waiting list. What sort of establishment are you. My one remaining option is to go private and to send the bill to The Royal London Hospital. I need to know that the Royal London Hospital is prepared the pay the costs as they have failed to do this procedure. If anyone bothers to read this please send to the appropriate department regarding claims.when the NHS fails to provide treatment. I am retired, British and a tax payer
