(as a relative),

On behalf of my family, we wanted to express our gratitude to the whole team that looked after our grandmother after she was rushed into hospital.

We couldn't have asked for better treatment, considering the circumstances and a very late night at the weekend. Sadly our grandmother passed away that evening, but without such a dedicated and understanding team, it would have been far worse for her and her family.

Thank you for everything you did. Working in the NHS myself at a time when the NHS is receiving such poor press, we wanted to express our thanks to the team for the care and compassion shown to us.
