"Quick talking on the phone so they got to the point quickly"

About: Harmoni / NHS 111

(as a service user),

I spoke to somebody on the phone told them my symptoms and they sent somebody out to see me.

They were quick talking on the phone so got to point fast which was good.

Even though someone came out to see me I still felt there was no improvement within my self.
