What I liked

I like the fact that the hospital is easily accessible and you have people at various gates to advise where to go. Some Consultants need to be more considerate with their patients and ask if they understand things rather than talk over them. Also in this hospital GPs very rarely receive updates of that patients consultation on the conclusive results of findings. In my opinion I have never received a letter from my Rheumatologist about how I have been doing, and the moment I switched to Selly Oak hospital Ive had a copy of everything that the doctor receives. Which has made me glad to switch. I am giving this hospital another chance because it is only down the road from me and I understand that they have the best specialist for my pending treatment. We will see?

I hope they can instill some confidence as I travel from B33 to Selly Oak just to be seen by what I believe are more competent staff in this area. Or is it that they make me feel that way!!?
