Visited yesterday to get my hand checked after hitting it (turns out I'd broken it). I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency with which I was dealt. In and out in just over an hour, including getting my arm plastered. The nurse who saw me (Jo Agg) was absolutely brilliant. Friendly and professional and took the time to explain everything for me. Good work!
