Follow minor injury issues, some treatments were to be performed in this facility however, there were only several nurses. It was not possible to review the case with a qualified doctor. We had to go later to another A&E facility in Gloucestershire to get appropriate treatments. Administrative staff was rude, unhelpful, oblivious to patient pain. It appeared that their main concern was the paperwork rather than getting people the care they need. They would not even help the "next of kin" to locate their injured loved one. Very poor.
