Turned up for an appt in the fracture clinic with my son (having taken day off work) to be told that the appt had been cancelled and booked at PRH for the same afternoon - with someone who specialises in feet/ankles, not shoulders/elbows! Wanted a new appt as soon as possible as son broke his elbow 4 weeks ago - have been offered an appt in 2 weeks time! Very poor.
