Anything else?
Had an appointment in the cardiac dept. on the 11 June 2013 and was told by PSS that a letter was sent on the 18 June 2013 to my GP. Not received. Phoned the hospital and left my name and number. No response.

I am sorry to read that a letter you enquired after has not been received. If you would like to contact Patient Support Services again with your details on Tel 023 80796325 then they make contact with the relevant department to help progress this for you.
