My little boy fractured his elbow last weekend, it was a nasty break. We had amazing service, kindness, medical attention and fabulous friendly personal care for our little boy right from the Paramedics, to the A and E staff to the Bluebell ward nurses and play team, to the Operating and Recovery Rooms. There were all totally professional, kind and super lovely to our little boy and to us. It was really wonderful to be able to stay with him overnight and the parent facilities such as z-bed, shower room, lounge and kitchen area were so great to have. We all want to say thank you very, very much indeed. You turned what could have been a horribly stressful experience into a well managed and calm experience for us all. Thank you!
