What I liked
I have had two lots of day surgery in the last three years and have to say that the nursing and medical staff were brilliant.
What could be improved
Outpatient management seems very disorganised and the waiting time to be seen in clinic is dreadful. Also why do appointments need to be changed so often (or have I just been unlucky?) My June appointment has just been moved to September! In order to meet new guidelines for new referrals Current patients seem to be forgotten
