"Problems with exzema"

I have been having problems with exzema in my ears and most of the staff have been great. On my last visit the consultant did not want to listen I tried talking to him. He wrote back to my GP and said I bitterly twisted. I was really upset by these comments. He said only I could break the cycle. I have tried everything. Generally the staff are lovely. I understand the consultant had a very busy day. I only asked him why I had noises in my ear. I never twisted but merely asked a question. I was made to feel like I was a piece of meat and not a human being. I have to say the other consultant was lovely.
