I would like to express the sincere thanks of my family for the treatment,care and consideration shown to my mother Norah by all staff on the Acute Stroke A2 and Stroke recovery wards A4 at Russell's Hall Hospital during her stay there of 3 weeks from 19th April to 10th May 2013. Staff were very approachable and kept us well informed as to her progress. She herself felt that she was treated with great care and consideration especially as she felt very confused, anxious and helpless as a result of the stroke. All staff showed great compassion and positivity in their duties which are often carried out in most demanding situations. Nigel

Thank you, Nigel, for taking the time to give us your feedback following your mother’s stay in our hospital. We do aim to offer the highest standards of care and to provide much needed compassion and reassurance to patients who are often in an anxious state. We really appreciate your feedback about our teams on wards A2 and A4 and we will be delighted to pass your comments onto them.
