Your booking system is totally inadequate and a disgrace. I have been asked to arrange for an urgent appointment on a suspected carcinoma and I have been hanging on a line since 9 am this morning (now 15:25) listening to an automaton declaring my call is important to you. Your internet booking service refers me back to a telephone number, ergo it is a waste of effort using it. Have you no staff, are you incapable of managing your systems? Have considered another career?
