"Always very friendly and understanding of my problems"

About: Adult community services / Continence advisory service

(as the patient),

I have suffered with cancer of the bladder and Parkinson's disease.

Unfortunately I have to regularly use the incontinence department, but I have always found it to be very friendly and understanding of my problems.

I get required products quickly and if I require urgent attention I have never had to wait long for assistance.
