Due to my medical condition (myasthenia gravis) my high street optician referred me as "urgent" to my GP.
I can only assume my GP treat the referral as the same degree of urgency as he didn't call me to the surgery. My first contact over the matter was with TRAQS.
I would like to put on record that all of my telephone contact with TRAQS and it's excellent staff has been beyond reproach.
I felt I had always been given personal attention, sympathetic hearing and the utmost care with a swift response - all from a staff who are not less than a credit to the NHS.
