I visited the maxilla facial department on Friday morning (12th) to have a lump removed from my mouth. I was extremely nervous and almost didn't turn up! I was seen atleast 20 minutes early, the nurse that came and got me from the waiting room was very calming and reassuring. Everyone I passed was happy, professional and caring. The doctor I saw explained the procedure and risks and benefits very well. Both nurses were very caring and held my hand as I was so nervous! It was great atmosphere and in a strange way i actually quite enjoyed my time there! Great teamwork, personalities and treatment was over in seconds. I feel so silly for getting so worked up! Would recommend this hospital and department to everyone! Great hospital and staff Thank you so much
