I attended an out patient appointment for a postop review last week. it was mayhem in the out patients clinics., no info on delays or other patient information. I left the clinic after waiting for 1 hour 20 minutes without being seen by the doctor as I had another important appointment elsewhere . Left a message for the consultant concerned with the clinic nurse. Have heard nothing from the eye department or the hospital so far. Wonderful communicators. A simple notice board for delays and an apology would have influenced my opinion of this hospital
