I have been coming to the rheumatology dept at the Halifax royal for 12 years and have always had excellent treatment by two rheumatology nurses. they always listen to my concerns and I never feel hurried. we have a very good nurse patient relationship, i would recommend this dept to everyone after being treated in leeds hospitals where I was not listened to. The two nurses have made a huge difference to my life especially as I have a very rare condition which includes symptoms I feel embarrassed to talk to my own gp about. if anyone is considering coming to this dept I would say its the best.
