Anything else?
I attended A & E on a busy Friday night with announcements stating they were busier than usual and regular time updates, no queue at reception. I was seen by triage nurse in 36 minutes and then by specialist (non a and e doctor) after about 50 minute wait . Staff all seemed co ordinated and worked well together. I avoid hospitals unless absolutely necessary as I don't want to drain resources. I was sceptical about London hospitals but Barnet was great. I was discharged within 3 hours, gynaecologist doctors were great and reassuring answering all questions, even the silly ones! Where to improve Name badges that you can remember names would be better, I would have liked to thank staff for everything but I don't remember their names Better seating in the reception waiting area Could do with a machine that changes notes for the drink and car park machine
"Great A&E knowledgable and friendly staff"
