What I liked
The service given to my son was worthy of a third world country. He was discharged in pain, bloodied and distressed. No medical staff were available whatsoever and the nursing staff had no up to date information on his treatment. A disgrace.
What could be improved
Re-open Kidderminster hospital as a proper hospital. Re-open wards, re-open A & E.
