I attended the endoscopy dept for a gastroscopy examination. I was immediately put at ease by the receptionist who was friendly and polite. I cannot stress strongly enough my praise for the staff in this department and in particular the Practitioner Nurse. I felt at ease and well cared for during the short procedure. In these days of complaint culture, I feel strongly that praise should be given and recognised where appropriate. I do hope that this review will be taken seriously and fed back to the staff concerned.
