I was admitted following a motorcycle accident on the 9th of July. Everyone from the porters, ambulance crew, nurses, radiographers,to doctors and consultants were kind, considerate and professional at all times in spite of their heavy workload and responsibilities. In these days of media bashing of the NHS it is good to know that the vast majority of staff are still committed to achieving high standards of patient care in a management -heavy system.

Thank you for taking the time to provide us with positive feedback which will be shared with the A&E department and staff. As a trust we recognise the importance of postive feedback as a motivational tool for staff and also use the information to learn about what gives our clients a good customer service.
