"Good hospital"

Anything else?

I`ve been to this hospital on few occasions. All of them with my daughter. Every time we had to wait for a long time. At least 2 hours. Waiting area for children has been dirty and pretty disgusting 3/4 times. Otherwise, the nurses and the doctors are very good. Nurses are smiling, patient, even if I see that they are dog tired. Doctors have almost always taken their time to calm my mind and explain everything that I wanted to know and tell me time and time again- that if anything changes, I can come back any time. Though one time I truly disliked how the doctor/consultant acted. I had written all the symptoms down on a piece of paper- so I don`t forget something or don`t exaggerate. The consultant didn`t even look at the paper, did a few basic checks and said that the baby was fine. We failed to get a urine sample. She said thats ok, we don`t need it anyway, it `s a virus. I started asking questions- why this symptom, why that. Lady interrupted me and asked me if I am a consultant. After I said no, she said : " Well I am and your baby is fine". I tried to ask more questions. She interrupted me again and said that I am welcomed to get another opinion in another hospital and walked out. Very rude. But that was only one time of the four, so overall a positive experience.
