"I want to thank the paramedics ..."

What I liked

I want to thank the paramedics who came out last night to my son when I suspected he had had an alergic reaction to a nut. They were lovely and reassuring and the response was speedy. All the staff in A and E were great. There is so much negativity surrounding the health service but on the whole the people working in it are doing a fantastic job and I don't know where we would be without them.

What could be improved

I am concerned however about data protection.
