About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

From seeing my GP to the time it took for TRAQS to get in touch was just a few weeks - which was a surprise to get an appointment at a hospital in only 4/5 weeks - very quick.

Also, I chose Stafford Hospital as I've only had positive experiences.

Thank you for your comments. TRAQS aims to contact the patient within 5 working days from receipt of your GP referral. I can only assume that the referral was, for some reason, delayed in your GP Practice. However, I am pleased that you were subsequently offered an acceptable appointment at the hospital of your choice and can assure you that you will receive a high standard of care and wish you well for the future.
