"My husband was admitted to the ..."

About: Worcestershire Royal Hospital

(as a relative),

What I liked

My husband was admitted to the hospital last week, he was told he would need an ulta- sound which he never recieved. He had no explaination of what was wrong with him. Then told he could go home an hour after lunch time. The next thing a nurse walked in collected his property and dropped it in a commual room after he had been barrier nursed over night. She said to him sorry time up, time to leave. He walked out of the hospital, and waited for me in a side road.

What could be improved

More information on your condition, more respect for the patient. Cleaner rooms. And just a general feeling of care. Bring back Kidderminster hospital take the strain out of Worcester. Bring back Matron's, at least there was some care and order in place.
