About: Telford referral and quality service (TRAQS)

(as a service user),

Had a doctors appointment in late April, and had a nerve test at Stafford one week later. I was contacted by TRAQS 10 days after.

Contact by two letters on the same day, giving me my appointment.

Very good. I arrived 10 minutes early, total time involved 1 hour.
